Eve is not fashioned out of Adam's rib. Adam is made out of Eve.

While some scientists try to find explanations for the odd male behaviour in the animal world, biologists have established a theory capable of falsifying the alledged power of testosterone.
Some insist testosterone supports patriarchal societies, explains the predominance of men in governments, educates American youths to machinegun schoolchildren, encourages the sexual use and abuse of women and children. The hormone is the reason men fly to the moon, climb Mount Everest, or paint the Sistine chapel. Testosterone, quite simply, denies the possibility of a social system whose structure is not dominated by males.
But what is the evidence that testosterone holds the key to male dominance? The hormone does explain why men grow facial hair, have deeper voices and narrower hips, why they are physically larger, stronger, faster on average than women. This insight, according to Charles Darwin, would automatically deliver the reason to why men predominate the world. So okay, in the animal, floral and also in the ancient world of the human species Darwin might have been correct in his assumption that only the fittest and best-adapted creature will survive. But starting with the human habit of walking upright, living in houses and cooking meat this theory has lost its field of application.
Right now my time is up but don't think I won't continue! Just spend some thoughts yourselves on the subject till I return!
